Mr. A.U. Ahmed

Founder Chairman (1925-2017)

Mr. A.U. Ahmed , the proprietor and CEO of M/S. Ahmed & Company, has a background of serving the British Indian Army during World War II., believes Human Resource is the greatest of all assets for a country and relies on discipline and dedication as the key to every success.

He has gathered vast experience in managing people by training and preparing them for a suitable job along with the arrangement of proper placement. For his excellent performance in this sector, Mr. Ahmed has been recognized as one of the best entrepreneurs for developing high quality human resources in terms of skill and communication level.

Because of Mr. Ahmed’s successful contribution for the manpower recruitment arena, the government of Bangladesh has declared him Commercially Important Person (CIP) for a number of years. He has also been recognized as life time successful human resource recruitment agent in Bangladesh last year by Refugee and Migratory Movements Research Unit  (RMMRU).

Mr. Ashfaque Ahmed

Managing Director

A Master in business administration from the Saint John’s University, New York, U.S.A, Mr . Ashfaque graduated from the City University of New York. He possesses a keen sensibility towards the issues related to human resource skill development and proper placement. He has been working closely with the Center for Vocational Training (CVT) and the in-house Training Institute. The constant liaison with Singapore and Middle Eastern countries is successfully maintained by him

Mr. Iftekhar Ahmed

Executive Officer (HR & Admin)

An MBA from the Saint John’s University, New York and BBA from The City University of New York, USA, Mr. Iftekhar Ahmed is assigned with a broad spectrum of responsibility related to the overall human resources management of the company. He undertakes a range of tasks starting from selection to skill development of the selected manpower through required training along with communication skill for preparing them for a specific job or placement. He also explores for and adds new clients globally.
